About Us

The Dallas Prestige Group (DPG) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization dedicated to empowering youth through leadership development, mentorship, and academic support. Originally founded in 2013 by Brandon Stovall as The Icon Group, our mission began with assisting high school athletes in preparing for the SAT/ACT and navigating financial aid applications. Initially focused on basketball programming for school-aged youth at local recreation centers, our impact quickly expanded as interest in the program grew.

Recognizing a broader need, DPG evolved to provide social-emotional learning (SEL) and youth leadership development, extending beyond sports to build essential life skills and inspire personal growth.

In our first year, we rebranded as the Dallas Prestige Group (DPG) to reflect our expanded vision and commitment to youth development. We established strong partnerships with schools, community organizations, and youth service providers, creating a network of resources to better serve our students.

Our growth continued in 2018 with the launch of our first summer day camp—Prestige Summer Camp—followed by the introduction of our Prestige Partners! after-school program in partnership with Dallas ISD at Charles Rice Elementary. These programs have demonstrated measurable success and continue to meet the rising demand for high-quality, youth-focused services.

Today, DPG remains committed to paving pathways for student success through innovative programming, community collaboration, and leadership training. We are excited to continue expanding our impact and invite you to join us in shaping the future for the youth of Dallas.
